About Catherine
I have worked in the Interiors industry since 1990 and set up Arcadia Interiors in 2001.
I love being an Interior Designer and most of all, I love the effect it can bring by carefully chosen colours and soft furnishings to transform any space in a ‘home’.
I studied Design in York and then became a Home Stylist for a large retail firm in Edinburgh. I set up and ran a successful shop in Edinburgh for six years called ‘Arcadia’. I gained a wealth of experience and made invaluable contacts within the interiors world and now have trade accounts with many of the major suppliers in the UK.
I offer a bespoke Interior Design Service, supported by a large and varied number of suppliers, tradesmen, expert flooring specialists and a fantastic team of curtain makers who make up custom made curtains & blinds as well as a full upholstery service.
These fantastic contacts enable me to offer ’The Complete Interior Design Service’, providing clients with a dedicated personal service to create the perfect home.
